FALL NOURISH CLEANSE - $99
Reset your system and nourish your body and mind!
As the long, hot days of summer give way to cooler days, Fall invites us to slow down and restore balance. This Ayurvedic lifestyle cleanse is designed to help you release excess heat from summer, ground your energy, and build resilience for the colder months ahead.
We will meet in person on September 27th at The Estuary in Essex, MA, to plan for 3 days of simple, nourishing, easy to digest foods and supportive lifestyle practices during the week of October 12th. This will give you time to gather any necessary supplies.
To align with the season’s natural rhythm, we will:
Calm the nervous system and reduce signs of imbalance
Establish grounding routines that nourish and sustain through fall
Rebuild tissue strength and immunity before winter arrives
Use gentle movement, breath work and meditation to enhance detoxification
Check-in for support and wrap-up via Zoom on October 13th and 16th
Rather than depriving the body, the Ayurvedic approach to cleansing is gentle, balanced, and supported. It is not about extremes, restriction or pushing yourself. It is a time for nourishment, rhythm and intentional self-care aimed at gently resetting the body and rekindling digestive strength to prepare for the season ahead.
The primary goal of an Ayurvedic seasonal cleanse is to kindle the digestive fire (Agni) to support metabolism and overall health. In fall, this allows us to release the excess heat that accumulates over the summer and rebuild our Agni which is at its weakest during the summer months.
Our bodies know what to do. We just need to step out of the way! This is not a test of willpower, it is a practice of presence.
When we strip back to the essentials, even for a short time, we begin to notice how much lighter, clearer and more peaceful we can feel.
This is our true nature.
